We are a family-run company from Warmia and Mazury, which combines nature, tradition and quality. Since 1997, we have specialised in the production of sauerkraut, pickled cucumbers, salads and vegetable preserves. We obtain the raw material for production from our fields of approximately 1,300 ha, which are located in the so-called Green Lungs of Poland, in the vicinity of lakes, forests and nature reserves. We use our recipes and traditional production methods handed down from generation to generation. We hold numerous certificates and quality systems. Thanks to our passion and commitment, we deliver quality products to our customers.
In the interests of health and harmony with nature, we use organic methods to grow our raw materials.
Our priority is to provide customers with fresh and healthy products. This is why we use our own raw materials, which grow on the pure soils of Warmia and Mazury, surrounded by lakes and nature reserves. We use organic means of plant cultivation to minimise the negative impact of chemicals on our products and, consequently, the health of the consumers.
Our products are referred to as superfoods, which means functional foods that manifest a wide range of effects on the human body. Modern medicine argues that pickles are excellent prevention for many diseases. In our products, you can find a healthy and, above all, tasty alternative. We particularly recommend the consumption of pickles during autumn and winter. The products are rich in vitamins and lactic acid and are low in calories.
We strive for the highest quality standards, as evidenced by numerous certificates and systems.
The high quality and excellent taste of our products are the result of natural fermentation processes as well as fresh and selected vegetables from our 1,300 hectares of farmland. It is also the implemented international Globalgap system that ensures food safety for primary agricultural production. The company holds numerous certificates such as the aforementioned GLOBALGAP, the certificate in line with Article 35 of Law 1 of Regulation (EU)2018/848 on organic production and labelling of organic products, the certificate of the BRC integrated quality management system, the certificate of the "Quality Tradition" system, as well as the certificate of the Highest Quality, which confirm our efforts in creating excellent products. In order to ensure that our products are always tasty and safe for our consumers, we are building a state-of-the-art sour chamber, which will be one of the few in Europe.
We have been passing on values for generations, creating our products through a natural pickling process.
The company was formed from the transformation of a farm with the same production profile. For four generations, we have been upholding a family tradition that has been passed down from father to son. We naturally pickle cabbage and cucumbers using our tried-and-tested recipes and raw material from our cultivation. This allows us to provide our customers not only with a unique taste but also with the pleasure of using products that have been created with passion and full respect for our family’s traditions.
